Request deletion of your data

You have the right at any time to request deletion of data Kora S.r.l. holds about you (GDPR Art. 17, "right to be forgotten").

What we delete

User account in our SaaS products (SponsorIQ, PitchPartner), personal data from contact forms, browsing stats linked to your account.

Kora Social Hub module

The Kora Suite Social Hub module ONLY collects aggregated statistics of Kora's own official social pages — no personal data of third-party users. There's nothing to delete for people interacting with our social channels.

How to proceed

  1. 1Send an email to privacy@kora.com from the address linked to your account.
  2. 2Subject: "GDPR Art. 17 Data Deletion Request".
  3. 3Briefly specify what type of data you want to delete (entire account, specific product, contacts captured via form).
  4. 4We'll confirm within 7 business days and proceed with full deletion within 30 days per GDPR.
